We provide a creative brief for you to fill out in as much detail as possible, This gives us a good understanding on you, your brand and/or product, aswell as your target audience, deadlines etc.

We also have a pinterest so you can share ideas direct. (This is good if you can't explain in words what you are after and helps us to better understand what you are looking for) @stacephotography

We will agree a Date/Time and location.

We supply all the required equipment that is agreed in the brief. This will be different for each customer.

After the shoot I will cull through the images and start post production ( If needed )

You images will be ready on or before the date agreed.

Any changes that were not part of the initial brief will incur an additional charge.

If you need to postpone or cancel your commercial photography session please let us know as soon as you can, even if it's sending an email or text in closed hours.

We will then be in contact to re-arrange an alternative date for postponed sessions.

For cancellations of a photo shoot made more than 2 weeks before the date of the shoot will incur a loss of deposit.

Cancellation of a shoot between 1 and 2 weeks from the shoot date will incur a fee of 50% of the booked rate.

And cancellation within 1 week of the agreed date will incur 100% of the fee.

We retain the copyright to all of our work, our reputation and body of our work starts and ends with our images, that's why every photographer protects their work carefully - it's our work.

In the creative brief we will agree the extent to which you can use the images, Once you've paid for our work you are welcome to use your images to the extent we agree.

If you find you need to broaden the terms of your license just get in touch and we will be more than happy to help.

If we are arranging models/locations it’s our responsibility to get all necessary releases, consents. If you’re arranging them, it’s your responsibility, However we will discuss this in the creative brief so there is no confusion.
